TERMS & CONDITIONS
These conditions are concluded between Carole CHATELAIN, creative craftsman representing L’Atelje Glin’ART and the customer via the website: www.ateljeglinart.com
1. PREAMBLE
L’Atelje Glin’ART reserves the right to modify the general conditions of sale at any time. In this case, the applicable general conditions of sale will be those in force on the date of the customer’s order.
2. ACCEPTANCE OF THE GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE
The customer acknowledges having read the general terms and conditions of sale at the time of the order and declares to accept them without reservation.
3. PRODUCTS AND PRICES
The products are made in an artisanal way, by me. As a result, each model is unique and the size of each, announced in the description, is approximate. The prices announced are net prices in euros, exempt from VAT based on point 1 of article 94 of the ZDDV. L’Atelje Glin’ART reserves the right to modify its prices at any time. However, the price appearing on the site on the day of the order will be the applicable price.
4. ORDER
Orders are made from the shopping cart on www.ateljeglinart.com or by e-mail: carolita@ateljeglinart.com. The customer must complete the identification form by mentioning his contact details. The website www.ateljeglinart.com will confirm acceptance of the order to the customer at the email address provided in the identification form. Any order implies acceptance of the general terms and conditions of sale, prices and products specified on the website.
5. PAYMENT AND DELIVERY
PAYMENT
The price charged to the customer is the price specified on the order confirmation. Atelje Glin’ART reserves the right to cancel or suspend any order in the event of refusal of payment authorization or non-payment. Payment may be made in cash when collecting the order from the workshop or by transfer (TTR: SI56 0400 1004 5670 402) before collecting the order from the workshop and soon by credit card with a secure payment system.
INVOICE
You will receive an invoice for the products and services purchased either with the package containing the goods purchased or at an email address. The online order form completed by the customer at the time of ordering does not constitute an invoice. The service provider keeps a copy of the invoice sent in its database
DELIVERY
L‘Atelje Glin’ART does not offer home or relay point delivery at the moment.
The customer must make an appointment by email, text message or phone to come and collect their order from the workshop: Polana 10a 2311 HOČE, Slovenia
6. REFUND POLICY
You can always contact me for any return question at carolita@ateljeglinart.com.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Custom orders (such as special orders or personalized items) cannot be returned. I am also unable to accept returns for products that were delivered undamaged but later found to be damaged. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, I cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

All content on this website, such as text, graphics, logos and images, is our property. You may not modify, copy, reproduce, republish, upload, post, transmit or distribute in any way, any content, in whole or in part. Any violation of this article may be subject to appropriate legal action, including counterfeiting.
